The publication of database contents by third persons (e.g., data transfer to a different database which charges or envisions profit in some other manner) is not permitted without explicit approval of the Karl und Veronica Carstens-Foundation. Reference is made to:

Section 241 (German Civil Code), duties arising from an obligation:

1. By virtue of an obligation an obligee is entitled to claim performance from the obligor. The performance may also consist in forbearance.

The Karl und Veronica Carstens-Foundation avails oneself of its right to change or update the given terms and conditions and other information included on this website anytime and without prior notice. This also includes changes and corrections of the CAM-Quest Database.
